Storms Camping Chaos on Kick!
We experienced some pretty crazy weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for clear sunshine, but Mother Nature had other thoughts. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive downpour right in the middle of our adventure!
Our shelter quickly transformed into a swamp. {Everything was soaked through and through. We tried to to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept falling.
It wasn't all bad though. There was something unique about the whole experience. The campers huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing stories and trying to stay warm.

Well y'all, it's been a busy few months here on the farm! The veggies are blooming like crazy, and I'm super excited about all the {freshfoods we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {someideas that I can't wait to tell you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a couple of {quickupdates:
* I finally finishing up the shed.
* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.
* I've been learning some new recipes using all the fresh ingredients from the farm.

Girl Gone Wild: Rain Campin with Jess
Rain pounded down, turning our campsite into a soggy swamp. But that didn't stop Jess! She was pumped to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a smile on her face. We managed to throw together our tent, which squealed like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing laughs, the warmth of each other's company combating the chill. Later, we watched the rain dancing on the leaves, listening to the sounds of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an experience. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!

Farmer girl Jess didn't realized it would be a rainy day when she decided to start/kick off/launch her livestream. Well, did she know that the heavens themselves were planning open up and flood everything in sight! Jess's fans were totally watching her struggle through the mud, trying to keep/maintain/hold her camera safe. Jess took it in stride, proving once again that farm life is never boring.
